Maybank Islamic Loan
Maybank Islamic offers various types of loans for buying old or new home, car or something else. The products which are currently offered by the bank are as follows.
Hire Purchase - i: This loan is offered for buying old or new car, vehicles etc. It provides the loan value which is 90% of the margin of finance.
ASB Financing – i: This type of loan is provided to purchase the ASB unit trust and it offers a minimum loan amount of RM 10,000.
Personal Financing – i: It is provided for the education, medical expenses and the financial setbacks. In fact it does not required collaterals and guarantor.
Home Equity – i: This is a type of housing loan which is provided for financing on completed or incomplete residential properties. It offers the benefits of RM 50,000 and RM 10,000 as the minimum property value and financing respectively.
