Notification of SBI Job Recruitment 2010 invites application from potential candidates for the post of PO (probationary officer). Job vacancies of 1717 seat are offered by SBI for probationary officers. The date of commencement for application is 1st Jan 2010 and the date of closure is 31st Jan 2010. The application fee can be deposited from 1st Jan 2010 to 25th Jan 2010. The last date for reprint will be 15th Feb 2010. The written exam for the Probationary Officers will be held on 7th March 2010. On the other hand, SBI job openings 2010 also include recruitment for Pharmacist for which written test will be held on 7th Feb 2010. To be eligible to apply for the job openings for PO, applicants are required to score a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in XII standard and 55% marks in graduation. Candidates should not be below the age of 21 years and above 30 years as on 31st Jan 2010. Candidates who are selected will be on a probation period of two years.

SBI Jobs Application
SBI Bank job application form is easily available in the nearest branch of the bank, post office or various other job centers. Applicants are required to visit any branch of SBI and pay the prescribed fees and postal charges and get the receipt from the bank. Candidates can make their application for SBI jobs online through www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. Applicants will have to pay Rs. 500 for application fee and postal charges. After application, candidates will have to appear the written examination and those who are able to pass the exam will go through the Group discussion and Interview Round.
Those applicants who do not receive call letters for written examination by 28th Feb 2010 should contact the address indicated against exam center selected by the applicants. They are further required to bring their original fee receipt and a print out of their application. Duplicate call letters will be dispatched on production of original fee receipt and print out of application. SBI will not take any action if applicants contact after 4th March 2010.
