Term deposits at Commonwealth Bank are offered with competitive interest rates and these rates varies with the term of the deposit one chooses. If customers have a term deposit amounts of $10,000 to less than $500,000 or $5,000 to less than $500,000 for NetBank, and chooses for 60 months term, they can earn 6.40% interest rates p.a. Likewise, 6.20% p.a. for 36-47 months, 6.00% for 12 months, 5.80% for 7 months and 5.50% for 4 months. NetBank Saver customers can earn 5.75% interest rates p.a. for balance above $1 and upto $5 million, and 4.75% for balance above $5 million. There are no fees for using NetBank Saver.

Fixed rate personal loan at Commonwealth Bank is offered at 14.40% interest rate per annum. The bank charges $150 for establishment fee and $10 per month for loan service fee and other fees may also apply. Standard variable rate home loan is made available at 7.81% interest rate p.a. and fixed rates home loan from 7.09% p.a. There are also other fees and charges such as establishment fee and loan service fee etc.
