The bank also observes "Customer Day" at all its offices including corporate office, branches and regional offices on 15th of every month. The main objective of this day is to enable the customers to express their grievances or offer some suggestions for improving the customer service.
On "Customer Day" any customer is allowed to meet the seniors and Top executive including the Chairman and Managing Director of the branch without any prior appointment from 3.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m. In case if a customer wants to make any complaint, the matter can be brought before the Branch Manager to get immediate redressal. However, if the customer is still not satisfied with the response then the matter can be further taken up in front of the Regional Manager at their contact address.
